| about | Dinesh Mendhe. Inventor of the Trust Identity Protocol (TIP), the open, post-quantum standard for verified human identity and AI content provenance on the public internet. Founder and chairman of The AI Lab Intelligence Unobscured, Inc., a Delaware C corporation incorporated on January 28, 2026 with the mission of building the institutional governance body behind the trust layer of the public internet. Convenor of the AI Trust Council, the independent multi-stakeholder governance body convened on May 3, 2026 under a written Charter, with five constituencies (Creators, Institutions, Publishers, Operators, Partners) and constitutional principles amendable only by four-of-five supermajority. TIP is built on NIST post-quantum cryptographic primitives: ML-KEM-768 (FIPS 203), ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204), and SLH-DSA (FIPS 205). The protocol covers three layers: TIP-ID for verified human identity, TIP-CONTENT for content provenance via the Canonical Normalization Algorithm 2.2 (CNA-2.2), and TIP-TRUST for reputation scoring across federated DAG nodes. The protocol is open under CC BY 4.0. The reference implementation is licensed TIPCL-1.0 with automatic conversion to Apache 2.0 on January 1, 2031. Compatible by design with EU AI Act Article 50 (enforceable August 2, 2026), the Colorado AI Act, India IT Act amendments, and analogous frameworks in China, Japan, Korea, and Australia.
