- Interesting, so a bullet would not fire but probably launched with some kind of a spring, otherwise it would melt quickly.
- Compressed gas is more likely, but I find it hard to believe that it'd be effective at 100m
- It's got to retain sufficient shape/integrity/speed of the "dart" after 100m to penetrate clothing and skin cleanly. I can't believe that this is actually that useful a delivery mechanism compared to something simpler such as the infamous polonium umbrella etc

Ahah yes, now I guess being against children getting their hands chopped off by the Belgian is anti-American. And naturally Castro is a dictator for having liberated the island, making it into a sovereign Republic.
