Is Harvard turning people “woke?”, or do left-leaning people just go to college more?

Based on the quotes from Pete Hegseth in the article, wouldn’t this be a blatant violation of the first amendment? He mentions the content of their political ideas like globalism, as why they’re doing this. It’s also hard to believe that Harvard - one of the top institutions in the world - doesn’t improve their officers as he claims.
