- Great. Getting some of the big businesses to accept Wero is critical for its success. Now if only my bank would support it already.
- I've been paying with Bancomat Pay on Amazon in Italy for a long time. Once EuroPA and EPI will be integrated together [0], it will be possible to pay with Wero on Amazon Italy as well.

- Wish the UK had access to wero.
Much as I like my Amex card a non US alternative would be nice as secondary option.
- Interesting, I didn't know that the UK wasn't going to be a part of Wero. You still have SEPA though right?
Hopefully this comes with time.
- >I didn't know that the UK wasn't going to be a part of Wero.
Yes some unfortunate choices were made a while back. Plus I'm a EU citizen so not having access to EU sovereign payment mechanisms is a bit...sigh
>You still have SEPA though right?
Quick google says yes, though I've never encountered it in real life / seen a merchant offer it. That may just be failure on my part though...will keep an eye out for it!
- You can reach out to Revolut, they are based on UK.
- I expect most businesses that accept IDeal in the Netherlands will accept Wero, because they already have the code for it.
I've been paying with IDeal for a long time.
- At least some do not. I have been presented “IDeal/Wero” QR code which were unreadable for my banking app (which supports Wero).
- Sure, but the neat thing about this is that Germany did not have IDeal, but is starting to get Wero adoption.
- > because they already have the code for it
That's not how it generally works in most businesses.
- Modern banking is so messed up, no idea how anyone can be excited about it.
